Returns policy


In Store;

If you purchased your item from our Wokingham store we offer an exchange or credit note within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. 

Unless faulty we are not able to offer refunds.

Please note Sale and Promotional items are non-returnable.

 

Online;

If you have purchased your item online we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and/or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Please email us at amy@featherandsole.co.uk notifying us that you intend to return your item detailing your name, reason for return and online order number.

Customers are responsible for return postage and ensuring the goods arrive back safely and in a sellable condition so please retain proof of postage. We recommend keeping hold of the packaging your order arrived in so you can use this to pack your order should you wish to return it.

Once received we will email you to confirm your request and process your refund or exchange within 5 working days of receipt of your item.

Sale and Promotional Items Purchased Online;

You have 7 days after receiving your items to apply the above policy returns after this window will not be accepted.

Personalised or altered items;

We are not able to accept returns for items that have been specifically made, sourced or altered for you,
